Video Targeting will give advertisers more control over their ad campaigns by allowing them to select specific YouTube partner content they’d like to target. It will also help them find videos relevant to their campaign and target audience.
Advertisers can use Video Targeting to search for videos based on keywords, viewer demographics (such as age and gender), interest-based categories, or a combination of the three. If they already have a specific video in mind, they can find that piece of content quickly and easily using the new tool.
Video Targeting options provide extra control and better brand safety for online advertisers and will ultimately lead to the production of more useful and relevant ads on YouTube.
