The world’s most famous Gangster, Buju “The Tooth” Randal recently moved the Headquarters of his massive drug smuggling cartel from Miami to the Bahamas. To disguise his operation, he has acquired the world’s largest water-bottling factory and set up his drug processing laboratory somewhere deep inside. From this central location he plans to distribute his product worldwide. Agents 003 and 004 must fly to the Bahamas, go undercover, infiltrate The Tooth’s operation, and dive down into his sub-aquatic lab to apprehend him before he succeeds in his maniacal plan.
